Gus was born and raised in the kitchen!  Coming from a long family tradition of chef's and restauranteers, Gus takes great pride in preparing only the best tasting recipes for all our customers! An accomplished, award wining chef, Gus brings his passion for great recipes and food preparation to the kitchen each and every day!

FRONT HOUSE MANAGER

Kyra was born to be a waitress, she has been with this business for over 3 years. Kyra shows pride in her job, keeps things running smooth and always has a smile on her face. Kyra knows how to make all our customers feel at home!

Lena - Server, Lena is a hard worker, and has showed she is reliable, & committed to the gus’ team.

Margaretha - Server, Margaretha is fast and efficient, she shows us any task can be tackled.

Tamara- Server, new to serving industry. Tamara has shown us you don’t need experience to be great, she has made an excellent addition to our team.

Leslie - Kitchen staff, Lesley is a very hard worker, very motivated, always tackles any task no matter how hard!

Damion- Kitchen staff, Damion shows his determination to his job, he is a young and motivated individual.
